Simple oatmeal chip cookie recipe. Mostly the same as the recipe in the link at the bottom of the page, but with more straightforward instructions for use on my kitchen tablet.
Beat together until fairly smooth:
- 114g/8tbsp unsalted butter
- 106g/0.5cup brown sugar
- 50g/0.25cup granulated sugar
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1.25tsp cinnamon
- 1/8tsp nutmeg
- 1/2tsp salt
- 1tsp cider vinegar or white vinegar
Beat in egg:
- 1 large egg
Incorporate well:
- 1/2tsp baking soda
- 90g/0.75cup Flour
Combine:
- 134g/1.5cup rolled oats
- 142g/1cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350F
Grease 2x baking sheets
1.25″ (2tbsp) balls per cookie, separated by 2″
Bake 12-14min, at least until pale brown starting on edges
Sprinkle coarse salt
