Simple bread.

  • 300 mL warm water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 7 grams of active dry yeast
  • 500 grams all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Allow to rise for 1-2 hours, punch down or re-knead halfway through.

Bake at 400F for 25 min

  • Slow fermentation, 6-12hr, yeast ratio: 1g/kg
  • Add water slowly, allows for higher final water content
