Simple bread.
- 300 mL warm water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 7 grams of active dry yeast
- 500 grams all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Allow to rise for 1-2 hours, punch down or re-knead halfway through.
Bake at 400F for 25 min

- Slow fermentation, 6-12hr, yeast ratio: 1g/kg
