Ingredients:
- 1/2lb Beef
- 2tbsp Soy Sauce + some extra for marinade
- 1tbsp Flour or Corn Starch
- 1tsp Oyster Sauce
- 1tbsp Chinese Cooking Wine (or sherry)
- Sesame oil
- Florets of 1 head of broccoli
- 1 Chive, sliced
- Ginger ~1tbsp
- Garlic ~1tbsp
- Sesame seed
- Cooking oil
- A bit of water
- A bit of salt
Procedure:
- Cut beef into slices, marinade with soy sauce and sesame oil
- Mix flour/starch, soy sauce, oyster sauce, wine
- Add water to wok/skillet, steam/fry broccoli florets until hot and bright green, add salt
- Take broccoli out, add beef. Cook through.
- Take beef out, add some oil, and fry the ginger, garlic, and chives.
- Add broccoli, stir in with oil.
- Add beef.
- Add sauce mixture. Stir together.
- Add sesame seeds.
- Serve.
