Tasty take-out style dish, adapted for the ingredients that I buy and keep at home.

- 250-500g florets of broccoli
- Marinade:

- Stir Fry Sauce:
Salt tsp 0.125 0.25 Sugar tsp 0.5 1 Cornstarch tsp 0.5 1 MSG tsp 0.25 0.5 Oyster sauce tsp 1 2 Water tbsp 1 2
- Final fry:
- 4-8 tbsp oil
- Garlic, minced
- Ginger, minced
- Cooking wine 1-2 tbsp
- Soy sauce 1-2tsp
Procedure:
- Marinade the meat for 30 minutes
- Prepare the sauce
- Blanch broccoli florets 90 seconds, douse in cold water
- Fry meat (the more oil, the better), set aside
- Final fry, lightly fry ginger and garlic in oil
- Add wine, then meat, then soy sauce, then broccoli
- Add stir fry sauce, cook only until thickened
- Serve
