Wet:
eggs			each	3	1
milk			cup	2.25	0.75

vanilla extract		tsp	3	1
apple cider vinegar	g	57	19

 

  1. Combine, mix minimally
  2. Spoon onto hot buttered skillet
  3. Flip when bubbles come through top
  4. Finished when pancakes are springy, and no batter squeezes out
