Make a cheese dipping sauce from block cheese.

Butter		2tbsp
Flour		2tbsp
Milk		1cup
Shredded Cheese	6oz
Chili powder	1/4tsp
Salt		1/4tsp
  1. Combine butter and flour on medium heat. Simmer 1min, whisking entire time.
  2. Add milk, simmer and whisk until thickened.
  3. Remove from heat, melt in cheese.
  4. Add spices at the end.
