Make a cheese dipping sauce from block cheese.
Butter 2tbsp Flour 2tbsp Milk 1cup Shredded Cheese 6oz Chili powder 1/4tsp Salt 1/4tsp
- Combine butter and flour on medium heat. Simmer 1min, whisking entire time.
- Add milk, simmer and whisk until thickened.
- Remove from heat, melt in cheese.
- Add spices at the end.
