Fast and simple Italian classic

1 lb	8oz	Spaghetti
3/4cup	3/8cup	Extra Virgin Olive Oil
10-12	5-6	cloves Garlic, sliced
1/2cup	1/4c	Fresh Parsley, chopped
1 tsp	1/2	Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, or to taste
1 tsp	1/2	Black Pepper, or to taste 
3/4cup	3/8cup	Pasta Water, approximately 
1/2cup	1/4c	Grated Pecorino Romano, or to taste
Salt to taste


  1. Start pasta in salted water
  2. Flavor the oil
    1. Skillet low-medium heat
    2. Add Olive oil
    3. Add Garlic
    4. Add chili flakes
    5. Add pepper
    6. Slowly brown garlic, but do not burn
    7. Add pasta water, let boil
    8. When pasta is nearly done, Add 1/2 of parsley
    9. Add some salt
  3. Combine
    1. Finish and drain spaghetti, put back in pot
    2. Pour flavored oil over pasta
    3. Add remaining parsley
    4. Add cheese
    5. Mix
    6. Add Salt/pepper/chili to taste
