Fast and simple Italian classic. 4oz of pasta makes a meal.

16oz	8oz	Spaghetti
164g	82g	Extra Virgin Olive Oil
10-12	5-6	cloves Garlic, sliced
1/2cup	1/4c	Fresh Parsley, chopped
1tsp	1/2tsp	Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, or to taste
1tsp	1/2tsp	Black Pepper, or to taste 
3/4c	3/8c	Pasta Water, approximately 
1/2c	1/4c	Grated Pecorino Romano, or to taste
Salt to taste


  1. Start pasta in salted water
  2. Flavor the oil
    1. Skillet low-medium heat
    2. Add Olive oil
    3. Add Garlic
    4. Add chili flakes
    5. Add pepper
    6. Slowly brown garlic, but do not burn
    7. Add pasta water, let boil
    8. When pasta is nearly done, Add 1/2 of parsley
    9. Add some salt
  3. Combine
    1. Finish and drain spaghetti, put back in pot
    2. Pour flavored oil over pasta
    3. Add remaining parsley
    4. Add cheese
    5. Mix
    6. Add Salt/pepper/chili to taste
